Game Play - Malfunctions void all plays. If, during or after your game play, a malfunction has been detected, your play will be void. You will never have the opportunity to purchase points nor is there a resale market for any of the points you've earned during game play or by completing offers. Fraudulent actions or intentional manipulation of data will void all play. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to play. Game play by non-U.S. residents and all points and prize earnings will be forfeited. It is the player's responsibility to determine if playing HorseRaceFever.com violates any local laws in their jurisdiction. HorseRaceFever.com does not allow the selling of their account to other individuals. The original registered user must be the same user at the time any prizes are awarded.
HorseRaceFever.com offers live horse racing action, therefore our game can only operate when current races are available. It Is the responsibility of the player, through our Play Game area, to become familiar with the available racing schedules. Game play is usually available Monday through Sunday 11:00 am Eastern to 11:00 pm Eastern, but these times may vary. Players who have questions about the game or results, must submit those questions to Support. Any disputes will be reviewed by our technical and game management teams. Their decisions are final.
Earning Points - There are several ways to earn points to play our game. You earn points by successfully doing offers from our advertising sponsors. Players also earn points from their initial registration. If you refer your friends, you will earn points from their actions inside the game, as well. Earning Cash - Players can only earn cash through our Refer-A-Friend program. You cannot earn cash through your direct game play or from the Free Offers in which you directly participate. When you refer players to HorseRaceFever.com and those players complete successful free offers or win, your Refer-A-Friend bonuses will be referred to as "Referral Commissions", which can be converted to game points or when y ou reach a minimum of $20 in Referral Commissions, they can be redeemed for cash payment. Players do not have the ability to convert Referral Commissions to cash until there is a minimum of $20 in their Referral Commission account. Referral Commissions convert to cash on a 1-to-1 cent basis.
Redeeming Points for Prizes - Once you've accumulated enough game points, simply take those points to our Prize Shop where you can convert your game points to prize points. Game points convert to prize points on a 1:1 basis. Prior to converting your game points to prize points, you will be required to fill out a form verifying your information. Once the form is complete, and in exchange for your verified and valid information, we will convert your game points into prize points, at which time you can access the prizes in our shop. Prize points cannot be converted back to game points. Prize points never expire. Game points have no resale or market value whatsoever. All game points will expire after 120 days of inactivity. If you do not complete an offer and receive credit within 120 days, or if you do not play the game within 120 days, all game points in your account will be relinquished.
